Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Farm Labor Contractors
California SB-1087 covers sexual harassment among farm contractors in the state of California. It includes penalties for sexual harassment and also discusses the training requirements for farm labor contractors.

- The protection against retaliation provided under current law.
- Applications for a farm labor contractor's license must sign a statement about the training of their supervisorial employees. This statement says that all supervisor employees have been trained in the prevention of sexual harassment.
- The farm labor contractor's exam must demonstrate knowledge of the current laws and regulations concerning sexual harassment in the workplace. This includes:
- The illegality of sexual harassment.
- The definition of sexual harassment under applicable state and federal law.
- A description of sexual harassment, utilizing examples.
- The classes which a contractor must take each year must include at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training.
