We stand behind all of our products and programs. If you
purchase a single class and are not not completely satisfied
with the program for any reason within 60 days of purchase, we will
refund your money in full.
If you purchase a package of classes you may request a refund for the package within 60 days of purchase. If you have not assigned any classes to students, then we will give you a 100% refund. If you have assigned any classes in your package, we will refund you for the unassigned classes based on the pricing of the credits
that you assigned. We cannot refund credits that have already been assigned to students.
Class credits never expire. If you assign a class to a student and the student has not started the class, then you may disable the student and receive
the class back into your account that you may use for a different student.
While we make every effort to get your certificate to you as soon as possible, we are not responsible for USPS or FedEx shipment delays. If you need your certificate right away, you can download an electronic version from the members area upon class completion. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges after the certificate has shipped.
Our Certificate of Completion comes on a form commonly used in this industry. It
simply states "Sexual Harassment Class Certificate of Completion". Also
included on the certificate is your name, address, phone number, length of course
(1, 2 or 4 hours). We use the same certificate for all of our programs.
