The certification re-training requirements are state dependent, In general it's 2 years. This make it compatible with AB-1825 and other state requirements, which says that each employer shall provide sexual harassment training and education to each supervisory employee once every two years.

We recommend that all supervisory employees take this class. In California this is a requirement according to AB-1825.

Remember, a supervisory employee isn't just an employee's direct supervisor. It also includes people who supervise contactors, and people who have any sort of supervisory authority over others.

You do not have to take the class all at once. In fact you can take the class in as many sittings as you like for as much or as little time as you like. It's completely self-paced. If you stop the sexual harassment training in the middle, your progress will be saved so the next time you start you'll be exactly in the same place in the class you left off.

Also included on the certificate is your name, address, phone number, and length of program completed (usually 2 hours). We use the same certificate for all of our programs.
